Veralda Malvasia Xtriana 2021

Xtriana is a dry white wine derived from Istrian Malvasia grapes with a clear, blonde aura. Crisp and vivid fruit fragrances are accented with notes of lime, orange, elderberry, and jasmine flowers. The wine’s fresh, full body and decadently lubricous texture varnish the palette with a fruitiness that persists through a ripe apple and Williams pear aftertaste before a lingering minerality finishes the experience well after first consumption.

Xtriana pairs well with risottos, pasta, white-toned fish, and salmon but also is lavishly enjoyable chilled on its own. Recommended serving temperature: 8° to 12°C.
