Veralda Blanc is an organic, brut, sparkling wine produced from exclusive Istrian Malvasia grapes and aged on yeast sediment for a minimum of 12 months. The result is a clear, ornate, flaxen wine with luxurious perlage. Fizzy bubbles titillate the senses with fresh peach aromas with yeast notes and chamomile before emanating citrus scents of orange peel ending on a gentle note of meadow honey. The elaborate fragrance is reflected by an intricate flavour, partly warm, partly soft, with a refined freshness and medium body. The wine finishes with a fruity aftertaste reminiscent of nectarine.
Blanc is a prime complement for fresh oysters and cold seafood and stands elegantly on its own as a sophisticated way to celebrate any occasion. Recommended serving temperature: 8° to 10°C.
