Best of the best: Oleum Lemmense is the perfect blend of the varieties Istarska bjelica (40%), Buža (40%), and Rosignola (20%). The olives come from the oldest trees of the ecologically friendly olive farm. The oil has an intense smell of freshly cut grass and has a perfect balance between bitterness and spiciness. Therefore it can be served with flavorful dishes such as beefsteaks, but also with fresh salads or a chocolate souffle!
