Roxanich Venezia Cuvée Red Wine

Venezia is a testament to “La Serenissima”, the Most Serene Republic of Venetia. This dry red wine is a cuvée of Teran, Merlot, Refosco, and Cabernet Sauvignon representing life in renaissance Venice. The varieties are vinified individually but also mixed as a field blend and fermented collectively before the five wines coalesce into a dynamic yet harmonious wine. Complex aromas accompany fruity flavours and glossy tannins cloaked with dark berries.

Venezia can be enjoyed on its own or along with mature cheeses or red meats and is an ideal pairing for the intricate and ever-changing flavours of Istarska Jota stew. Recommended serving temperature: 16° to 18°C.
