Matošević Ombra 2020 Teran 0.75l

Ombra is a dry red wine composed of Teran grapes partially aged in French oak barrels. The wine smolders with a rich crimson colour and violet inflections that reflect the fragrances of assorted dark stone fruits and berries. Notes of black pepper linger on the bouquet, giving an inconspicuous zest to the otherwise light and fresh flavour.

Ombra goes excellently with any red meat dish and is divine when paired with a platter of piquant cheeses and air-cured Istrian Pršut. Recommended serving temperature: 16° to 18°C.
