This delicious Istrian Malvasia is aged for 12 months in French oak barrels. The sediment is regularly stirred until the end of winter. It is a rich and elegant white wine that surpasses Malvasia’s standard aromatic profile with its oak-influenced aromas of vanilla and caramel. Alba Riserva is a highly structured wine it reaches its best vintage maximum after two to five years. It pairs particularly well with stuffed clams, a spicy beef stew, or broiled lobster tail. Recommended serving temperature: 10° to 12°C
