The Alba is a dry white wine blend of diverse Istrian Malvasia grapes from multiple vineyards and processed without skin contact to incorporate and preserve each grape’s particular character. The enticing aroma of assorted fruits invites inhalation in the glass before cascading the fresh flavour and elegant minerality across the palate and finishing with an unobtrusive, bitter almond aftertaste.

The Alba pairs well with light dishes of fish, poultry, or pasta and is exquisite as a standalone refreshment and ethereal end to the day. Recommended serving temperature: 10° to 12°C.
