Flora’s extra virgin olive oil is a blend of Istarska Bjelica, Frantoioi, Leccino and Pendolino. It has a clear and strong golden-green color. It is characterized by an intense fruity aroma of olives, almonds and basil and shows off a moderate bitterness and a well-balanced spiciness. With a harmonious blend of different olive varieties, this oil is a real all-rounder! It goes perfectly well with steamed fish filets, a fresh chickpea salad with carrots and dill or barbecue butterflied lamb with grilled lemon and herbs.
