Rosé is a bright, dry wine derived from Pinot Noir grapes and blushes with the delicate pink hue of Sakura cherry blossoms. Ethereal fragrances of raspberries, ripe strawberries, and rose petals portend a fine body, light taste, and delightful drinkability.

Rosé works well alone as an aperitif when slightly chilled or paired with seafood appetizers. It is an impeccable complement to raw oysters harvested from Istria’s Adriatic coast. Recommended serving temperature: 10° to 12°C.
