Malvazija Istarska is a dry white wine with an ornate flaxen glow. The intense flavour is enjoyable instead of overwhelming. An aura of acaia flowers wafts across the palate, accompanied by notes of grapefruit and whispers of pineapple and tomato leaves.
Malvazija Istarska pairs well with pasta or seafood and is a perfect match for the local fuži pasta with Istrian white truffles. Recommended serving temperature: 8° to 10°C.
