Cossetto Merlot Gentile

Merlot Gentile is a dry red wine from locally grown French Merlot grapes with a rich garnet colour and candy red sheen. The delicate scents of black cherry, cranberry, and wild rose weave a tapestry accented with notes of chocolate and raspberry. Aging for 12 months in stainless steel tanks subdues the tannins which collaborate with light acids for a balanced and pleasant taste.

Merlot Gentile is a good match for piquant cheese or red meat and is divine when paired with local, Istrian Boskarin steak. Recommended serving temperature: 17°C.
