Teran is composed exclusively of Istrian-native teran grapes that give the wine its vivid crimson hue. The bouquet of prunes, forest fruits, and cinnamon, coupled with a refined body from aging in wood barrels and refreshing acidity typical of this variety, make this red wine decidedly drinkable.
Teran amiably complements steaks, truffles, and dishes with forest mushroom sauces and pairs impeccably with Istrian ox carpaccio. Recommended serving temperature: 16° to 18°C
