Medenica is a traditional Croatian brandy made from homemade honey and fine fruit brandy. Its elegant golden yellow color is accompanied by a dominant scent of meadow honey, followed by a note of white flowers and ripe peaches. Often the Croatian honey brandy is also called Medica or Medovaca. Our serving suggestion: serve it chilled and drink it as an aperitif or digestif.
