The Bartolić heritage of truffles began in the 1950’s with a grandfather who simply collected truffles with his friends. It was a time when truffles weren’t regarded as the delicacy they are now, but that knowledge and experience was still passed from generation to generation. Today, Dražen Bartolić carries on the legacy of his deda in the land the Romans once called “Terra Magica”. It is a place known for its lavish truffles and has been recognized by the Guiness Book of World Records.
